Fiber Arts Center of the Eastern Shore Opening
and Heartland’s Shop Hop
Fiber Arts Center of the Eastern Shore and Heartland’s Shop Hop – all on the same day on August 4th in Denton, Maryland. Elly Sienkiewicz will be the featured speaker for this event. She will teach classes on August 2 Thursday and August 3 Friday and give two lectures on August 4 Saturday prior to the Shop Hop. Ten of her quilts will be hanging at the Fiber Arts Center. With this in mind, events are now being planned to occur all day throughout the town (e.g., quilt exhibits, etc.) concluding with the Shop Hop. Heartland’s Shop follows from 3-8 that day and will be held at the Denton Volunteer Fire Department. We’ve expanded the vendor area.
