2015 Row by Row FarbricPlate™ Phrase Reservation
  1. You are now only reserving your Shop's 2015 phrase(s). Shop registration for the 2015 Row by Row Experience should be done first from the link at top of this page.
  2. Even if you are using your Shop's 2014 phrase(s) again, phrase(s) must be reserved for the 2015 event using the form below.
  3. Multiple phrases to be produced have to each be reserved separately.
  4. Reserved phrase(s) for 2015 are added to the "Phrase Finder" listing page immediately.
  5. There is no cost to reserve phrase(s) but you must already have signed up and paid the Row by Row Experience 2015 registration fee to Row by Row Experience.
  6. There is no charge for your proof through 3/31/15. The proof charge is $25.00 for all new first-time phrase reservations effective 4/1/15. The proof image(s) may only be used for promoting the Shop's participation in the 2015 Row by Row Experience. Use of this image for the production of merchandise for sale is expressly prohibited without written request to and permission from Zebra Patterns.
  7. Zebra Patterns reserves the right not to proof/produce phrases with offensive content.
  8. The Shop is responsible to insure that its phrase does not infringe on copyright or trademark protection.
  9. You will receive an email from rxrplates@zebrapatterns.com with the on-line store link to order plates at any time .... but please don't wait till the last minute.
  10. Per Row by Row Experience guidelines plates should not be sold before 5/15/15.
  11. Art-approved plates must be ordered by 5/1/15 to be delivered for the 6/21/15 Row by Row 2015 kickoff.
  12. The last thing checked before plates are produced is that the Shop has registered with Row by Row Experience and paid the 2015 registration fee to Row by Row Experience. Plates can not be produced until this is completed.

Phrase will appear in ALL CAPS exactly as submitted.
Shop Name and City will appear in Upper and Lower case exactly as submitted.
Should the Shop repeat last year's phrase or go with a new one?
  1. Not an easy question and seems that each Shop is approaching this uniquely.
  2. Our general thought has been that keeping things fresh is always a good idea. How many Customers from 2014 are going to want to purchase the same phrase, even with different plate graphics? Think water!
  3. On the other hand, 2013 Shops that repeated their phrase in 2014 did well with plate sales too as the number of Quilters participating in the event grew along with their returning Customers.
  4. Some Shops are managing this by keeping an old phrase - minimum quantity - and adding a new one on another plate, especially if they sold out of the 2014 phrase and had Customers looking for it.
  5. Hope this is helpful to stimulate some thinking. You know your Customer profile and traffic better than anyone else.
